The article deals with the social and economic analysis of three houses for seniors in the Vysočina region. It is divided into two parts. The first part focuses on the social policy and social security at the general level and defines conditions for providing social services. The second part characterises individual senior houses that have different founders and the analyses their management

The impact of price of thermal insulation on total price and quality of detached house

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou zateplovacích systémů a jejich vlivem na kvalitu a cenu rodinného domu. Popisuje možná řešení zateplení a zhodnocuje vlastnosti a cenu jednotlivých systémů. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na tvorbu cen ve stavebnictví, charakteristiku nákladů, možnosti získání dotací a popis izolačních materiálů. V praktické části práce jsou navrženy zateplovací systémy pro konkrétní objekt a je provedena kalkulace nákladů. Závěrem je provedeno zhodnocení vybraných systémů.This bachelor thesis deals with the impact of price of thermal insulation on total price and quality of detached house. This thesis is focussed on options of thermal insulations and evaluates properties and price. Theoretical part describes structural prices, costs, subsidy and options of thermal insulation systems. Practical part of this thesis describes proposes of insulation systems on specific detached house. In the final section of thesis is evaluated calculation of price and properties of every insulation system.

Economic analysis production of the process

Cílem bakalářské práce je kvantifikovat ekonomiku výrobního procesu. Nejdříve jsou popsána kritéria optimalizace výrobního procesu, nákladová návratnost s konkrétním příkladem. Na závěr je uvedeno kritické výrobní množství, též s konkretizovaným příkladem a programem tohoto příkladu v Excelu spolu s příslušnými grafy.Aim of this bachelor project is quantify economy of manufacturing. At first criterions of manufacturing optimization are define, then recoverability with right example. In the end critical quantity of production is described, including real example with Excel program of this example and grafs as well.

Import 29/09/2010Předmětem diplomové práce je ekonomická analýza využitelnosti zásob hnědého uhlí velkolomu Bílina, který zaujímá velký objem kvalitních zásob za nově vymezenými územně těžebními limity. V úvodu práce je zachycen historický obraz dobývání hnědého uhlí v zájmové oblasti. Navazuje kapitola s charakteristikou zájmového území, z hlediska geologie, stratigrafie a jednotlivých částí ložiska. Další nedílnou část práce tvoří popis územně ekologických limitů včetně jejich změn pro velkolom Bílina. Ekonomická část je soustředěna na predikci tržeb, nákladů a hospodářského výsledku pro budoucí období let 2011 – 2030.The economic analyses of usage of brown coal reserves from the Bílina quarry, which makes a huge capacity of first-rate reserves behind recently set territorially mining limits, is the subject of this thesis. A historical framework of brown coal mining in the chosen area is captured in the beginning of the thesis. This is followed by a chapter describing the chosen area from geological, stratigraphical and individual deposit parts point of view. A description of territorially-ecological limits including their changes for Bílina quarry makes another integral part of the thesis. Economic analysis using SBRA method

Tato diplomová práce řeší aplikování metody SBRA na ekonomickou analýzu u stavebních objektů. Cílem bylo zhodnotit vhodnost a úskalí aplikování této metody. Vyhodnocení probíhalo na základě porovnání 7 různých simulací provedených v programu AntHill na dvou formách rozpočtu (nosné položky, hrubá stavba) s rozpočty z programu KROS 4. V závěru je vyhodnocena vhodnost jednotlivých simulací a jsou zde formulovány konkrétní návrhy, pro další rozvoj práce.ObhájenoThis thesis solves the application of SBRA method to economic analysis for buildings. Tento příspěvek se zabývá současným stavem daného terminálu včetně stávajících překládacích prostředků. Dále je zde uvedena technicko-technologická analýza terminálu včetně rozboru technologického zpracování vlaku kombinované přepravy k překládce a další části je uvedena provozně-ekonomická analýza terminálu. Zde jsou zohledněny základní ekonomické ukazatele vztahující se k provozu terminálu a k jeho finanční situaci. Součástí popisu současného stavu jsou zde uvedeny i SWOT a PETS analýzy.The thesis is aimed at a higher use of CD-DUSS Terminal’s potential in Lovosice. Právo a ekonomie jsou obory, které se studují převážně odděleně. Jsou však vzájemně propojeny, neboť mají společný předmět zkoumání či regulování – chování člověka. Nepřekvapí nás proto, že právní normy a instituty ovlivňují hospodářství a zároveň jsou hospodářstvím samy ovlivňovány. Angličan John Stuart Mill (1806-1873) konstatoval, že kdo bude opomíjet právo, nepronikne do politické ekonomie, a kdo bude přehlížet politickou ekonomii, nebude schopen vystopovat smysl práva. Technical and Economical Analysis of Microgrids Operation

Cieľom tejto práce je vykonať technicko - ekonomickú analýzu prevádzkovania Microgrids sietí. V prvej kapitole je stručný prehľaď platnej legislatívy. Ďalšia časť práce sa venuje technickej analýze Microgrids sietí. Jedna kapitola je venovaná popisu a definícii Microgrids sietí. Ďalšia kapitola sa zaoberá popisom zdrojov elektrickej energie a popisuje možnosti akumulácie elektrickej energie. Posledná časť práce sa venuje ekonomickej analýze Microgrid siete. V rámci tejto analýzy je spracovaná prípadová štúdia, ktorá analyzuje využitie vysokoúčinnej kombinovanej výroby elektrickej energie a tepla v rámci priemyslového podniku. V poslednej časti práce je táto prípadová štúdia ekonomicky zhodnotená pomocou metód hodnotenia investícií, konkrétne pomocou čistej súčasnej hodnoty, vnútorného výnosového percenta a doby návratnosti.The aim of this thesis is to accomplish a technical and economic analysis of the operation of Microgrids. The first chapter is a brief overview of the legislation in force. Another part of the thesis deals with the technical analysis of Microgrids. One chapter is devoted to the description and definition of Microgrids. Another chapter deals with the description of electricity sources and describes the possibilities of accumulation of electricity. The main part of the thesis is dedicated to the economic analysis of the Microgrid network. In this analysis is processed case study that analyzes the utilization of high-efficiency cogeneration in a factory. In the last part of the thesis, this case study is economically evaluated using Net Present Value method, Internal Rate of Return method and Payback Period method
